"We had to break it down to do what we're doing"

That's the spin the administration is putting out for dismantling the pandemic response team.

I guess denying knowledge of the whole thing wasn't working so they went back to criticizing Obama for organizing a bad task force. Despite the implication that they had to take it apart in order to make it better, the administration did absolutely nothing after firing everyone.

The press have their knee on Trump's chest over this and I say don't let up from the mat. Keep pressing to find out why a stable genius would do something so utterly stupid and deadly. The House needs to look into this deadly decision.

It's to the point that they've messed up by waiting too long, but instead of eating crow and admitting that, they're finding it's much easier to lay this on the feet of the Obama administration. They have to find something that their sheep will eat up and believe. He knows all has to do is say something, no matter how big of a lie it is and his base will eat it right up.

They're going to lie anyways. And I would ask them for prove of what their so called proof of intent (to redo the response team 'better', etc.). There'll be no proof of course. That's why they classified all meeting minutes etc., so we can't see the screw-ups.

I remember reading about your illness, and wished upon a star for you. Guess it worked. It was Capella.

I made my escape as soon as they put me in a regular room so I'm still recovering. While pneumonia and a stay in ICU has become a New Year tradition for me, I didn't tell anyone that it was a mass in my bronchial tube that collapsed the lung until this week. I wanted to know more first before worrying anyone.

Fortunately, it didn't take root in my brain, so now I'll be getting chemo to eradicate it while I continue to recover from the pneumonia. I'm sure it'll be fine, but I'm now playing dodge-em with the corona thing. I'm afraid that will be a nasty set back. I'm glad there is an abundance of stars. LOL
