The affects of rural children with no home internet access

My son, who is taking AP classes in high school, has homework to do online. The problem is that we live in a rural area with spotty, unreliable internet service.

The local library was open today, so he was able to get some work done.

There are alot of households around here without internet access. Going to try to find out what we can do tomorrow.
