that would have to pass the House too. I’m doubtful the Democrats would vote on, let alone pass, such a bill if that is all it did.

partially gut Dodd-Frank in 2018. Add Sinema to the list as well, as she is by far the most likely new Dem Senator to side with the Repugs (only Manchin overall is more likely, 52.0% to 52.1%, no other Dem is above 35.3% (Warner), all the rest were defeated in 2018)
