The truly rich have everything they need at home or at their crash sites. They have private nurses and aids on retainer. They have boutique doctors on call.

Meds, respirators, oxygen, surgical gear, ppe, etc, etc, etc.

If you had billions, wouldn't you spend a mil or two to make sure you didn't have to rub elbows with the merely rich?
