Well, everybody seems to be selling their pension funds to buy TP for their bunghole.

I've not stocked up on anything, but have been buying the crap out of stocks the last few days. Somebody needs to do the responsible thing and stablize this market

quite literally. Sewer lines will plug up tighter than a republicans wallet at a fundraiser for the homeless.

there has never been a better time to buy stocks. However, I’d invest mostly in tech stocks. The pandemic revealed the need to technology, better telecommuting, etc. Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. have bright future.

And one could be coming. When was the last time the country had 20%+ unemployment, was trillions of dollars in debt, and was actively devaluing its own currency?

You think you can just print trillions of dollars without an impact?

We don't how this will end. We aren't even close.

Fools money is going into the market right now. It is a good opportunity to invest in novel businesses though: have you thought about the need for home health care, or even body storage and disposal?

Find a need, start a company. If you want to take a chance, take one you have some control over.

the point is, US has near monopoly on vital online technology that the entire world id increasingly using so I believe in those stocks. I think we will be witnessing what happened in 2008 - billionaires buying America. Their wealth multiplied since then. Even worse now - trump is ultimate insider trader.

Our tech giants have outsourced everything. We don't make hardware anymore, and sw development is done in india, china, south korea, etc. Name a major tech giant, and I can tell you where their major overseas tech development centers are.

Our supply lines are vulnerable. Our tech is internationally distributed and every country can duplicate it from north korea to iran.

We have marketing dominance, but that doesn't mean dick in terms of controlling anything.
