Procedure for Bringing in a Sick Pet
· Pets may be brought in for scheduled appointments.
· As always, dogs must be leashed and cats secured in a carrier.
· When you arrive, stay in your car and call us. A team member will come out to collect your pet.
· While you wait in the car, your pet will be examined and we will call you to discuss our recommended treatment plan.
· Once we have your permission, treatment will be provided, and payment will be taken over the phone. Upon completion a staff member will bring your pet back to your car.
We also ask that any clients that are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 (coughing, fever, shortness of breath) refrain from bringing their pet in at all. If you aren't feeling well, and your pet needs to be seen, please have a friend or family member bring them in.
Picking Up Prescriptions/Medications/Food
If you are picking up prescriptions/medication please pull into the parking lot, call us, and we will bring it to you. Additionally, we will have medication available through our online pharmacy.

The cats have an appointment next week, but it's routine. I might cancel and wait.

I was allowed in the building, but they took him in the back to do everything, rather than letting me sit in the exam room with him.
