Self swab

He just said they are looking at a self swab testing method. Tomorrow he will deny that he said it, or say they looked into to but it would be too unreliable.

There is no laboratory capacity or test supplies to test the samples quickly.

the swab has to go so far up into your sinus cavity that it feels like they are swabbing your brain. It is painful. No way people could do this by themselves.
