He is the only Democratic member of Utah's congressional delegation, and a member of the Blue Dog Coalition.

I suppose being a Blue Dog disqualifies him in the eyes of the purity police, but to quote a popular refrain from 2016-2018 "He Caucuses with the Democrats"

Congress have got to figure out a way to gather and govern electronically. Otherwise, there's going to be a crisis as deaths occur. I don't want any of them to die, but it looks likely. This is not good.
