Can N-95's Be Disinfected with the Use of a UV Light Box?

I've been researching this for hours and am coming across conflicting information.

I'm sure I could build one but am unsure if it would be safe enough to completely disinfect hospital masks.

Does anyone know whether this is possible?

If anyone has any thoughts, I'd be grateful in hearing them.

I'll check back later, I've been up for nearly 36 hours and am exhausted.
