And if the wh is consulted and on board, the senate doesn't have much ground to stand on.

so if a Tax increase is needed for the stim package, that part must be a House bill.

Either house of Congress can initiate spending bills, but to pay for it usually needs a House initiated tax bill.

Seems like staying out of the spotlight and letting Trump hang himself is probably a good strategy. If she's out there criticizing him then she gets painted as political.

As for the Senate bills with tax cuts. She should make sure those are all DOA in the House.
