Cuomo mandates all non-essential NY workforce stay home

Washington (CNN)All workers in non-essential businesses across New York state are required to stay home in an effort to combat the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced at a press conference Friday morning.

"We need everyone to be safe, otherwise no one can be safe," he said.

I could see the core of the medical community.

Hospital food service?

Pharmacy?

Food supply.

Data centers?

Power generating facilities?

Gas stations? (Curtail hours).

Utility workers?

Meals on wheels?

Postal service?

NY waited an extra week to close casinos, I found that unacceptable. (They were protecting a revenue stream.)
