The disgusting Chinese wildlife markets where these pandemics arise

IMO the world needs to come together and DEMAND that china ban ALL wildlife wet markets and harshly enforce the law. We can't keep having potentially world ending pandemics because people over there think "insert exotic animal here" is some kind of delicacy.

The 2009 "Swine flu" and 1918 "Spanish flu" both originated in North American pig farms. Maybe the world cannot abide the threat of world-ending flu pandemics because Americans think "insert cut of pork here" is some kind of delicacy. Perhaps the world will demand Americans ban the raising of pigs and harshly enforce the law. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

If the world needs to eat less meat as a result, it's probably for the best anyway.

China just banned the trade and consumption of wild animals. Experts think the coronavirus jumped from live animals to people at a market.
