Empower the Governors to do what Trump is refusing to do. Have Governors force companies to start producing the things we need to stay alive. Go around Trumps government, their inaction is killing Americans. We have the right to protect ourselves from the Federal government when they are killing us, even if it means breaking laws to do it. We have the right to live.
