people see through that one, laugh and roll their eyes. "I haven't heard about it" is just plain bullshit.

Especially when they slip-up. Trump can say "I haven't heard about it" regarding some NYT story, then minutes later rip into the NYT for reporting the very thing he said he hadn't heard about.
