They knew very early that Trump was doing nothing, so they did nothing either, other than cashing out before the stock market crashed.

Of course, Trump no longer listens to them because after their refusal to hold him accountable for his illegal actions, he knows they will do nothing to stop him from doing absolutely anything he wants—or even as he does very little to help stop virus spread. And of course their first response to creating financial support was to give the money to big corporations (whose major shareholders are their wealthy donors).
