laughing. Cuomo talks about other people. He addresses real problems. Trump will never get past standing up there and airing his own grievances. he'll never say "blame me." He'll say "blame Cuomo."

...which he couldn't do anyway, because sitting there and being well informed, speaking in measured tones and grammatically correct sentences, civilly answering reporters' questions, are all things that are beyond Trump's psychological/behavioral capabilities.
