can save many by “slowing our roll” doesn’t matter to him. In his twisted excuse for a brain, homeless dying is a good thing, solves that problem. The people who won’t be able to get care aren’t “his people.” They are replaceable little worker bees. “His people” will be able to buy whatever they need because they always have.
