If there aren’t enough beds and/or ventilators, patients are put on palliative care, which I assume would ultimately mean heavy drugs if non-mechanical oxygen is not enough.

The plan discusses ways to ration the beds/ventilators — young, folks likely to survive, etc., first, even a lottery if necessary.

I think if it comes to that, I’ll likely just say give me the drugs.
