Trump tends to measure his plans (such as they are) in two-week increments. It's always, "In two weeks we'll do ____ ," or "We'll decide in a couple of weeks," or something to that effect. It's always two weeks. Then after two weeks passes he either doesn't do the thing he said he was going to do because reasons, or he says he never said he was going to do the thing in two weeks, or he doesn't mention it at all. I would be very surprised if this isn't another one of His Lardship's two-week plans that he doesn't do. I hope.

He always talks in two week increments but he can't seem to remember what he said for longer than a couple of days. In a few days he'll have forgotten all about reopening in two weeks and will have gone on to his next talking point.

I'm a writer, and I've promised myself never to use the words "black" and "dark" to denote something bad, sad, or evil.
