Economy vs. Lives is a False Dilemma

We cannot save the economy by allowing a pandemic to run wild.

1) The economic cost of an overwhelmed health care system will be far worse than the economic cost of closings, lock-downs and quarantines. When our medical care is overburdened, all other healthcare is cancelled or at best delayed. The economic cost and additional loss of lives do not even seem to be considered.

2) It is NOT true that the loss of work time and lives will be limited to "Economically unproductive" citizens.

3) The added costs of hospitalization will greatly exceed the "savings" from killing tens of thousands to millions of our citizens

4) Retirees are a significant part of our economy. Killing them will not save money

5) The social and moral cost of caving to this sick and deliberate genocide to protect Wall Street portfolios will be felt for generations

Donald Trump FUBARed this beyond belief. I am not willing to agree to "sacrifice" one person to this nonsense.
