I get a hot meal at lunch on weekdays, good food.
Next Monday 5 days worth will be delivered frozen, instead of the hot meal.
No idea how long this policy will be in effect though.

(22,124 posts)brave and courageous ... I compliment them. We ordered pizza 4-5 days ago (4 regular pizzas), and while the bill came up to roughly (it was a buy one, get one deal) to under $30, we tipped the driver $20. He was pleasantly pleased (the delivery kid) but in my mind, he earned every bit of that $20 tip.

(16,254 posts)doesn't want them to go without food. So many don't have anyone nearby who can get groceries and many are men who don't know how to cook. He tries to deliver quickly, but so many are lonely and scared, so he keeps a good distance.

Today he got three frozen breakfasts (bread, milk and fruit), and three previously frozen meals.
So grateful for these folks.
