I checked all my special places. None of them are badly hit yet although some of them do not have a large population so the scores may be higher.

Tortola (my precious) is just under the BVI so no info there but I could probably pick up their news.

No wonder they closed it down to the cruise ships but I suspect the crew on some of the container ships are also spreading the virus far and wide

Wow... The DR has a ton of cases in relation to all of the other CARICOM countries. What's up with that? Tourists spreading it?

but in all of CARICOM there is also the local who brings it home from overseas. We had one here who died but not before he spread it to in laws. Then there are several hundred morons who refuse to self quarantine.

Our cruise was very meticulous about washing hands, no hugging, shaking hands, etc. Since it was a Star Trek cruise, all Vulcan salutes. Unfortunately, we didn't get to the DR because the weather was really bad and we didn't want to tender over. Too bad. I was looking forward to it. Had a great time in Puerto Rico and St. Thomas, though!

a birthday treat from her daughter and sister. You are all brave folks - you will never find me on a cruise. o don't even enjoy trans-Atlantic flights these days. Glad you had a good time.
