seem over the top and there will be a backlash against it and a net gain for Trump.

I like this one. It's more compellingly visual and no ominous background music.

or that's how I understand it. He doesn't have the power to issue a cease and desist order all by himself.

One report said Trump said he did not call it a hoax and that is his objection.
