I thought that much was obvious. If virus originated in China (which seems to be the main theory) then of course it was spread by infected people from China traveling around the world. How else is it going to spread?

and aversion to blocking travel from Hubei as contributing to it.

That's in the first 30-50 seconds, which is enough, I guess.

(As an aside, it is true that S. Korea, for instance, early on barred travelers from Wuhan/Hubei and instituted quarantines for those arriving from China and that China considered this a racist and xenophobic provocation and pitched a fit. But it was a good practice, and necessary for containment.)
