After Cuomo's conference today, wonder how many people are

making spaghetti and meatballs tonight...

I thought I had Italian sausage in the freezer, but no luck. I did have a piece of pork, so that's in da sauce with the meatballs...

It basically purees the garlic, it just dissolves away as you toss the pasta in the pan. I haven't found a better way yet.

but i did make spaghetti yesterday. forgot the meatballs but there's enough leftovers for that. thanks for the reminder!

When I watched, Governor Cuomo, today and heard him talk about the fond memories of sharing in his families spaghetti dinners,
I thought, that's what I'll make for dinner.
