There were some supplies that did disappear from supply rooms. I have been personally told this by health care workers that I know. It was a situation where people working in hospitals wanted to make sure they had a few masks to protect themselves. But that is not what Trump is insinuating. He thinks that they were being stolen and sold off the back of a truck. That is what he is insinuating. He thinks that because he thinks everyone is a crook like him. He has a criminal mind and that is how he sees the world.
