They always show how much the presidency ages men. Even Bush physically aged more than he would have had he not been president. But Trump hasn't. He's aging at the rate he would have as a real estate developer. It's because he doesn't care about the people that he's serving. He's still only working on how to make money for himself. It’s not the job that does it, but a factor from the typical age demographic they share. Namely that Presidents are almost always at an age when the visible signs of aging start accelerating.

You can do it by comparing photos of a President to someone of the same age over the course of a Presidency. Example: George Clooney is the same age as Obama. Compare 2008 photos of each of them to photos from 2016. You’ll see that they both showed the same signs of aging at about the same rate. Because they were both aging from 47 to 55 over that span of time.
