Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsI haven't received my $1200 and I filed in Feb this year. So....
I went to the new IRS site: https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
I was able to get in and fill out the forms.
One of the questions was did you get a refund or owe taxes.
I owed taxes this year. I think that may be why I haven't received the deposit yet.
Everyone I know has.
I think it might be because my bank info was not readily available.
Also.. I filed in 2018, but didn't owe taxes so once again bank info was not in the records.
May be the reason... maybe not. But if anyone wonders, go to the above link.

(8,052 posts)last year (2018), but apparently they don't have our direct deposit information anymore. We filed a few weeks ago and this year we owe $$, so no bank info for THIS year. My husband re-entered our bank info, so we'll see.

(186 posts)It told me they don't have enough info for me despite the fact I filed in 2018. What gives?

(24,396 posts)but we owed taxes in 2018 & 2019, so our bank acct info wasnt on our filing. I went to the link you provided where providing that info was easy peasy.

(10,907 posts)Anyway it said it doesn't have my direct deposit info, despite having it on my 2018 return (though not on my 2019 return) and despite getting SS deposits for a few years now. But I put in the information it asked for and it said, when I was done:
You have successfully submitted your bank account information. Your payment will be direct deposited into your bank account using the information you provided.
etc. etc.
Though it didn't say explictely if I'm getting the stimulus payment or not. (One of the questions it had asked was if I owe, and how much, which I provided)
