Tex-ASS threatens to "Criminally Sanction" groups pushing mail-in ballots to avoid COVID-19

Texas Attorney General says that groups that encourage people to apply for a mail-in ballot solely because they fear contracting Covid-19 could face "criminal sanction."

It's not good enough of an excuse. Not for the state that seems to under-report COVID-19 death stats.

Sec. 82.003. AGE. A qualified voter is eligible for [Previous Hit] early voting [Next Hit] by mail if the voter is 65 years of age or older on election day.

It's rigged to give those over 65 a free pass, which generally favors conservatives.
