So what exactly constitutes a "crime against humanity"?

I was just thinking about it.

It seems that profiteering during a pandemic should qualify but the fact is I'm not a lawyer...

Deliberately withholding aid seems to me to qualify....

If I walk past a human being in need of a life saving phone call and make a conscious decision to do nothing would seem to me to be criminal and if done on a systematic scale....would qualify.

Is anyone documenting this?

We've seen this before...Is history repeating itself?

The Hague Court may have a standard, but the US hasn't agreed to it.

As far as US Law, I don't see anything that Trump has done that falls into that category.
