I was just thinking about it.
It seems that profiteering during a pandemic should qualify but the fact is I'm not a lawyer...
Deliberately withholding aid seems to me to qualify....
If I walk past a human being in need of a life saving phone call and make a conscious decision to do nothing would seem to me to be criminal and if done on a systematic scale....would qualify.
Is anyone documenting this?
We've seen this before...Is history repeating itself?
