Information from CNN about stimulus payments...get info about your funds

How do I check on the status of my payment?
The IRS created an online tool, called Get My Payment, that can be used to check on the status of your money. It launched Wednesday and is available on the IRS website.
You'll need to enter your Social Security number, date of birth and mailing address in order to track your payment, the Treasury Department said.
Some people who used the tool on Wednesday received a message that their payment status was not available. The Treasury

usually overnight.

And the "get my payment" thing doesn't even work. It just says something to the effect of "We cannot determine the status of your stimulus check at this time."

Hopefully they get this fixed soon.

We both receive Social Security, and we both have our checks direct-deposited into our bank accounts, plus filed our 2018 taxes with refunds direct deposited, but they can't figure out who the hell we are?

As much as I could use the money, I know there are a lot of people out there who could use it even more. I'm just going to wait and see. No more dead-end roads for me.

I know we are eligible. We owed taxes in '18 and filed '19 yesterday. Getting a refund this time. Although it's via turbotax, so I don't know if they pass along the bank info to the IRS or what.
