I’ve seem her walking with Trump a number of times.

But to the original question, I have no idea why Kushner or Ivanka would rate military courtesies. Or why an AF1 pilot would be flying then anywhere. The only thing I can think of is perhaps the president had just walked by and boarded the plane.
