BREAKING: Roger STONE denied a new trial by Judge Amy Berman Jackson.

She also released him from his gag order and said he's due to report to prison when the probation offices orders it.

16. Roger needs to be really cautious for the next fourteen days.

It seems to me to be unlikely that Trump will pardon Roger before November 4. The risk that Roger poses to Trump is that he will start talking to the press. Roger is a threat to Trump and therefore in physical peril. The safest place Roger could be is in a minimum security federal prison. The time between now and the date Roger reports to prison are the most dangerous of his life.

If Roger was clever - which, of course he is not - he would try to report to prison tomorrow.
