When did the WHO first mention social/physical distancing with COVID-19

There is so much out there that I found it almost impossible to do a google search on it.

I thought it was late January or early February, but I cannot confirm.

it says that Trump did not want social distancing as late as march 11, but did not see when WHO recommended it.
