Can a reporter please ask Trump if citizens should heed the advice of their governors...

Can a reporter please ask Trump if citizens should heed the advice of their governors or do what they want? Seems like a simple question. BTW they aren't going to throw you in the hoosegow for disobeying them. They might if a policeman or policewoman asks you and you refuse.
