I might have screwed up. When all of this started up, and when the status of SS recipients was a little unsure, I went online and filed a $0 income tax return. That may have overridden my SS direct deposit status.

I just went to their magical website and it said they'll issue a check on that date.

We'll see.

Technically both electronic points of disbursement should have already hit...

but NOOOOOO now I have to wait

they said they will mail April 24...so that puts us out another week, my car insurance has lapsed, and utilities are due...
not to mention out of cheese, bread and low on milk (got 2 teens who eat EVERYTHING)

ugh this week is going to be tight.

2. Well on the bright side by the time you get your check many people who got direct deposit

will have already spent theirs and they will be broke again.

. . .so that I can make a color copy and frame the copy, with the label: "Bribery Check"

4. I have had SS direct deposit for 10 years now

haven't received a payment either. I also pay taxes every year.

5. Same for us.

Used Turbo for some 20 years,understand there is a issue with the Software that prevents ones Bank account info from messing with the outdated IRS Software. Is that why the IRS was calling for anyone who knew how to code or work with COBAL.
