From all this gathering and activity in SPITE of why many of us are following the guidelines, that we should be bracing ourselves for a second round of outbreaks that could be potentially significant and even set us back.

I am making a note of the time frame that these events have broken out, (staged or otherwise) and two or three weeks should indicate the results of this Darwinian experiment.

It is still a very sad way to learn a lesson that could yield long-term debilitation, (recovery can be long and slow and leave damage for some) and deaths.

If you believe in social distancing, you should support the shutdown to provide maximum distance between people and you should believe that we should ALL wear masks (masks do NOT protect the mask wearer from the virus, it protects all you encounter from YOU... so this only works if we ALL wear masks).

If you think this is all overblown and just like the flu, why would you wear a mask?

Logic of this 30% of idiots eludes me. Clearly they think there is such a thing as Corona Virus, i.e SARS-COV-2 and a disease known as Covid-19 (hopefully they know it is named hat after 2019, the year it was discovered). And yet they are protesting over the MOST EFFECTIVE means of keeping them and everyone else safe from this virus until either a treatment is found or a vaccine developed.
