It's in the Notes of His Daily Briefs Since January. He Refused to Take it Seriously. Thousands Died

Snip-
"The repeated warnings were conveyed in issues of the President’s Daily Brief, a sensitive report that is produced before dawn each day and designed to call the president’s attention to the most significant global developments and security threats.

For weeks, the PDB — as the report is known — traced the virus’s spread around the globe, made clear that China was suppressing information about the contagion’s transmissibility and lethal toll, and raised the prospect of dire political and economic consequences. "

You know, the one where the scientists warn the politicians that something terrible is going to happen if something isn't done, and the politicians ignore them and the terrible thing does happen? We're right there, in every disaster movie Hollywood has ever made - except that in the movie after all hell breaks loose the scientists finally persuade the politicians to do the thing they said they should do. I don't know if that will happen in our real-life disaster, though.

I don't believe it's too late. Every movie has a chance for a good ending until the credits start rolling.

Back in 2016, after the election but before the inauguration, I read an article where he said he didn't need daily briefings because he was "like a really smart person." I literally gasped and my husband asked me what was wrong. I said everything. This idiot is going to get us all killed. Here is a link to that 2016 article.
