She tweeted out a story about Christine 'I'm not a Witch' O'Donnell who has accused Biden of complimenting her 14 year old niece's breasts at a 2008 Gridiron Dinner in Delaware - but, only several tweets later, acknowledges that BIDEN WAS NOT AT THE DINNER.

Her main tweet is still up!

The journalist was just bad hoping to be the first to report a bombshell without spending a second to verify the claims. And look at her timeline on Twitter. It's full of the Reade crap.
But the question of legality was regarding O'Donnell's claim. Is everyone allowed to just make charges like these without any kind accountability? What if Biden had been at the event? Seems like he wasn't there only due to other factors but could have been there for any other chosen year.
