Im thrilled to give you a sneak peek of BECOMING before it premieres on Netflix on May 6. This movie tells my story, from my childhood on the South Side of Chicago to my life todayand it celebrates the powerful stories of the people I met along the way. #IAmBecoming
This looks like it's going to be great!

And even though I already knew, the juxtaposition of the 2 families is stunning.
The empathy, compassion, strength, and ease that they brought to the nation and the world was amazing. I know it wasn't easy, being called names, the racism etc. but Michelle handled it with such grace and dignity.
I commented to my wife that watching the moments they had together in the documentary, they had an ease about them in their relationship. The willingness to not only share and be apart of each other lives, but the acceptance and respect they have for each other.
It wasn't a perfect presidency but you damn sure know that they always tried to do the right thing for everyone, everyone, not just the base or "our side" but all sides.
It sure made me miss the sanity that was versus the insanity that is.
A great watch!
