Will Remdesivir become part of "our" stockpile?

Jared Kushner spoke of "our" stockpile (vs. what was available to states) some while ago, and it's been announced that the feds will be in charge of distributing remdesivir. Trump suggests that states with sanctuary cities should not receive the next wave of financial assistance. Will Kushner withhold the fed's stockpiles of PPE, respirators and other vital equipment to the states that do not support Trump when the next wave of covid-19 hits us? I wouldn't put it past him.

Against Americans!!!!! That isn't making us great is any way, its a sitting president causing harm to American people , on purpose. Even his own supporters.
