(14,961 posts)So many of these "survival-of-the-fittest"/"let-nature-take-its-course" folks fall into this category. They think they're protected by their money (and in a sense they are, to a degree) and never have to expose themselves to the virus.
Imagine if a stage 4 lung cancer patient and overweight smoker like Rush Limbaugh caught this thing?
It wouldn't be pretty.

It's pathetic that people of this type (Christie, others) are so willing to nominate others to be at risk, while
claiming we'll be safe (when we don't know 100% about the CV), solely because the 'economy' is suffering. They talk about the economy like a long lost friend in some weird way.
I say that its about time to clear the republicans out of government totally, since they obviously don't believe in a government for and by the people any longer. Instead, they wish to have the government dictated by the whims of the stock market, if the stock market goes down, lay off a million people. etc.
Profits over lives. Pretty sick.
