And now they will be the only task force. This reminds me of Katrina responce and how the Bush WH said people were going to be held responsible for staying in NOLA and thought the country would be with them in blaming the victims. It was long term GOP policy to make americans more cold hearted. Then when Americans blew up with anger when so many poor NOLA residents were suffering, Bush WH blamed young adults manning the phones at the WH. So it really wasn't them . But they lost that one.

Here they go again with trying to teach cold heartedness (well the sick should have worked harder and had better insurance or eaten better food or had the money to be able to skip the long term care nursing home). But it will be China's fault when the numbers of dead blast through the roof. And Kushner will play dumb on his task force. Like Betsy Devos does all the time. Like Bush did. That is why the Birx-Fauci task for is gone: they won't play dumb.

6. I have no idea. But as scientists they are incapable of playing dumb. And the

admin needs people playing dumb or dumb people as trimming and/or involved because they are dumb. The GOP does it all the time. They don't want to wake up the people with their intentional carelessness so they can spread it as the norm and the people will think it is just incompetance and not a drastic change.

That is the thing about psychopaths/sociopaths: with the exception of the scapegoats, most people don't see the change of thinking or feeling within themselves when under the sway. Most people think events are going on outside of themselves; the change of values is happening inside themselves. The people think they are marching along like they always have when in fact an earthquake has taken place inside and they are no longer who they thought they were. And put together, all these people no longer live in the country they thought they did. And then it is done. If we were to think that kushner was not dumb, and not informed by dumb, then the narrative does not hold and we would have to accept that social darwinism is the policy and the values of the US have fundamentally changed. Whether Kushner is or is not a psychopath/sociopath is immaterial. The administration is using the tools of groups of them in both the right wing plutocrats who have been calling the shots for a long time in the GOP, and the star wars bar scene that are Trump's pals and the type he puts in his administration.

But let's face facts...Republicans have been dumbing down this country since Reagan. He didn't "trim" the educational budget, he took a chain saw to it. We're seeing the effects of that now. There's no critical thinking anymore...people can't tell the truth from a lie, and greed is accepted.

and hope replacing the leadership will fix things. It goes deeper than that. Look at all the swastika, confedrate flag waving monsters who showed up at legislatures knowing full well it was increased death of vulnerable populations they were agitating for. Why else bring the nazi flag?
