Okay, I'll admit I did not watch all of the ABC network news

But I do know I saw David Muir on a stool and Trump on a stool and that Trump was telling lies as usual and Muir was not calling him out. That's all I saw in the time I could stand to watch. What if anything did I miss?

I watch Democracy Now for my daily video reports. It is not corporate or RW. Just to the point news without a lot of bias. They also have features and interviews, etc.

At least for the news segment, just tell me what the news is. Keep it factual and concise. Don't tell me what I should think about it or give me a panel of bobble-heads to think for me.

Even the interviews they do are to the point and gracious to guests, giving them an open platform.

That's kind of the way the news was when I was young and you watched talk shows of various kinds to get opinions, debates and such.

I've also met her a couple of times when she was on book or speaking tour. An amazing woman.

I can find out everything I need to know by what people are saying about it. But I do check in on the corporate news from time to time to see what the varmints are up to.

After what ABC did to Biden. I’m done. I’ve had it. As soon as I can get subscriptions for the streaming services we need I’m getting rid of cable altogether. 99% of the time, Ive already read what is being reported on trump networks.

I thought David did fine, at least twice asking Trump to explain himself further.

Trump was being a pretty good boy on his best behavior. It was heavily edited, poor people who had to listen to the extended bullshit version and edit it down to medium nuttiness. But then the discussion of the interview between Muir and the other anchor afterwards! I mean, that's their job, but still. To say that Trump's mood when asked to give a message to the families of pandemic victims was "profound": he said he's kept awake at night and that he sends his love: "I love you." If Hillary were president and said the same thing, there'd be snarky comments about running for reelection and pandering.

I'm glad to hear they didn't let him get away totally scot-free but the little bit I watched before I change the channel, three or four things went right by unchallenged.
