Never has. If it did Trump wouldn't be President.

Their is only one consideration for the VP spot, whoever best helps the ticket win. Because if they don't win every thing else is irrelevant.

Warren has a Republican governor. We can't be down a senator for more than six months. And if a Republican can win the Governorship, he/she can win a senate seat...too risky.

...and was really impressed by her. She would be an excellent choice for VP, although my first choice is still Stacey Abrams.
