Dr Fauci's "supposed" integrity

I have seriously run out of fucks to give about Dr Fauci and his "very tough job" he has to do.

He needs to fucking show up and answer questions from the people's House . Period! All Stop!

If you have "integrity", you do the right thing.

If you have "honor", you do the right thing.

Dr Fauci needs to show up at the House hearing as requested, despite what Donnie Shit for Brains directs or orders.

I'm fucking sick and tired of hearing about what a fucking fine line he has to walk.

People are fucking dying and being mamed for life. I give not one fuck about his fucking "fine line". The people's House...elected by the vast majority of Americans NEEDS TO HEAR from the guy who is supposedly the expert.

What does he fucking gain by not showing as requested?

A better question is what does he have to lose by failing to show?

How about losing a lifetime of respect and integrity.

Show up Dr Fauci.

TOTALLY agree!

First, Do No Harm, Dr. Fauci! Do you REALLY have to obey trump when he says you're not allowed to testify? Why can't you defy him and go speak your truth to the committee ANYWAY? And say what needs to be said ANYWAY? Are you a citizen of the Disconnected States of trump? Or the United States of America? What can he do to you except fire you? That might actually be a mark of integrity added to your resume, frankly.

Dr. Fauci, I'm rock-solid certain that you know what a spine is. And that you know where it's located. Which means you certainly know where YOURS is. USE IT, DAMMIT!!!

Given the opportunity I think RePukes would screw as many as possible and...with SpaceX now pushing for Mars, the filthy rich will buy a ticket for a ride out to Mars and set up a new society. Otherwise, why is Musk so intent on getting to Mars? Follow the money.

Now we have that nitwit actor getting ahead of everyone for shooting a movie in space on a ride with SpaceX. I take it a lot of money changed hands.

A virus which infects in the manner in which this one does was obviously not caring of the sexuality of the individual. We knew as clinicians it was just a matter of time until it affected anyone who was appropriately exposed. And yes, sexuality is one attribute of ones personality but we knew that it was a matter of oppression of gays that these RWers promoted this notion. Itd be like saying that syphilis only affected sailors and those in the military. I practiced during this and no one can tell me what happened. I lived it and lost hundreds of my patients in an 18 month period. Lectures I don’t need, thank you.

Staying with Trump just gives the president the illusion of credibility; something he is sadly lacking.

Fauci should resign and testify before the House.
It's the honorable thing to do.
Perhaps the Trump taint has already taken hold of Fauci, and he accepts his role as window dressing for the failed Trump covid19 response.

A sad end to a long, and otherwise brilliant, career.

Fauci will be fired as soon as Spanky thinks he’s not useful or is a threat. Once he’s fired he can say what he wants I suppose but he’s cut off from the official actions on the virus, the response, the “backstage” goings-on and we lose his medical perspective.

Yes, I agree that Dr. Fauci should testify, but he is in a catch 22 situation. If he goes against Fat Donnie then he will be able to testify the one time but then we all know he will get fired. If he is fired he loses all access to the vital information he is using to keep us informed. At that point he could give us theoretical answers to questions about Covid but he would be behind the times so the information would be of limited to no use. Do we want Dr. Fauci in place for the longhaul so we at list get some legitimate information coming out of White House. I see two other options that might work. Is there someway that the House can protect Dr. Fauci's job if he testifies. Remembering that Fat Donnie will try to ignore anything they do and still fire him? The other option I would like to see is for Dr. Fauci to stand up to the idiot and give out needed information no matter what Donnie says and maybe get the idiot to blowup or fire him on air at which point he is free to give his real opinion of the crappy job the Fat man is doing.

Have y'all forgotten his family is practically in hiding and he has to have security around him because of the yahoo's death threats against him? Does he have to bleed before everyone pays attention?

I don't think 45 can fire him, per se, because of the NIH structure (but who the hell knows anymore) and there have been several articles stating he is still on the Task Force but if my family is threatened, I wouldn't stand out there and be a front for the assholes who aren't listening anyway. He can go home at this point, pull his pension, and enjoy his family. After 30 years, I think he has given his pound of flesh for this country.
