...and rescind whatever credit he gave Flynn in the plea deal. After all, Judge Sullivan held back sentencing because Flynn claimed to want to work more with prosecutors, provide more information for their investigation into the president.
Now that he's hostile to those prosecutors, Flynn shouldn't be able to argue any reason to delay sentencing, not to mention whatever charges provoked the judge to suggest treason as one of the crimes.

Flynn's sentencing judge told Flynn, "Arguably, you sold your country out."
from 12/18/18:
Flynn was due to be sentenced for lying to the FBI last year about his contacts with Russian officials in the aftermath of the 2016 campaign as part of special counsel Robert Muellers investigation into Russian election interference.
But during Tuesdays hearing, Sullivan pulled few punches when it came to Flynns conduct, saying he couldnt hide his disgust with the retired Army lieutenant general and questioned why he hadnt been charged with treason.
Sullivan, about whom conservatives had high hopes, told Flynn at one point, Arguably, you sold your country out by working as an unregistered foreign agent.

I knew all along that NONE of them would be held accountable. I wish I had been wrong, but that's the direction this is headed.

Go Judge Sullivan! Do your duty!

But that was then, this is now. Thanks again, Senate Republicans. Please be advised that if any of you assholes start intoning something about the rule of law, Imma feel free to kick you square in the nads.
