On Thursday, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) blasted Attorney General William Barr’s decision to drop charges against President Donald Trump’s former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn as “outrageous”.

Nadler vowed that he would bring Barr before Congress and “demand answers” on the Flynn decision, as quickly as the COVID-19 pandemic and its logistical challenges would allow.

The White House doesn't answer to anyone, least of all the House of Representatives. They've been exonerated, thanks to Senate Republicans, and will conduct the affairs of the nation any way they want, regardless of federal law, the Constitution, or any other authority.

Remember how Trump was all "lock him up" on Flynn because Flynn had lied to Jeff Sessions? All in the past, now. Trump needs another distraction, and since he wasn't held responsible for abuse of power before, he isn't going to suddenly start following the law now. Thanks, Senate Republicans.
