Dr. Fauci had to see this attack from the Right coming

Who here didn’t?

I just don’t know how any professional person can work with this crowd. I wish Fauci had bailed out on them before they started slandering him. He’s obviously a better person than I am.

He thought he should stay on the job to do the best thing for the American people.

Line up behind all the other folks, Dr. Fauci. Sorry. We did need you and many of us listened to your words.

I guess it just wasn't enough.

officials who ended up as roadkill on Trump's road to perdition. She stopped when the screen couldn't hold any more names. Rachel needs to bring that back.

Despite Trump and his minions. He has been able to educate so many and give us the hard truth. He went on different venues to get the message across. I think trying to discredit him, will only backfire on them. It will only work with the MAGA and Fox News crowd. There is nothing they can do to tarnish his reputation for most people in America. They cannot gaslight this virus.

What are they going to do when people are not flocking to restaurants and malls and traveling at peak levels? Issue citations if you don't? They cannot force this economy open. Stores may be open for business, does not mean people will be going out to these places.

That is what you get for giving unacceptable economic advice, during a medical crisis, and playing both sides of the equation. Trump has made it clear that the truth is unacceptable in his administration.

At the same time, I will not mourn for Fauci's fate. He could have acted honorably months ago, stood up in front of the press and said that Trump was wrong. His choice has always been to fall on his sword with honor or wait for the inevitable blow from Trump.
