If occupy protesters sitting down can be pepper sprayed, these assholes can be arrested for inciting violence.

Then when they are arrested they will say it is unconstitutional and go to the supreme court for a ruling on their right to be vigilantes.

Hey... perfectly OK. No threat to our democratic institutions...
Well, not much, anyway. It just ignores the basic idea of "the right of the people peaceably to assemble" from the 1st Amendment.
At what point do we call out the National Guard... or SWAT teams?
